Every Sunday morning at 10.30am the church family gathers together at Banstead Junior School to worship God. The service lasts around an hour and fifteen minutes.
We sing a mixture of hymns and songs, pray and read a passage from the Bible followed by a sermon that explains and applies it to our lives.
Halfway through the service a crèche and Sunday School is available for children under 11 which provides age-appropriate Bible teaching and activities.
On the third Sunday of the month we remember Jesus' death on the cross by sharing the Lord’s Supper together.
At the end of the morning service, refreshments are served and there is time to chat with the church family.
Every Sunday evening at 6.30pm the church meets at Banstead Junior School to worship God and explore the Bible together.
The format of the evening service is different from the morning service. The first half of the service includes a time of teaching on a topic or theme from the Bible. We then have a break with refreshments followed by an opportunity to ask questions and discuss the teaching.
On the first Sunday of the month, we have special evening called 'The Big Read‘ where we focus on one book of the Bible. During this service an overview of the book is given and what it teaches us about Jesus. Following this, we share the Lord’s Supper together and remember Jesus’ death on the cross.
At both services we provide wheelchair access for the disabled, a loop system for the hard of hearing and large print hymn sheets for those with visual impairment.
